Bids must be completed by a Proposal Guaranty in the form of cash, a certified check, a cashier's check or a corporate surety bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. The successful bidder must possess a valid Class A California Contractor's License at the time of the award of this contract, to complete the work as described; any contractor not licensed shall be subject to the penalties imposed by such laws. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: The Engineer's Estimate is $1.6M - $1.8M. Deadline for question 01/12/2022 at 12:00 PM
