Renovation of a mixed-use development in Holmen, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project includes the replacement of two air handlers at the Middle School. The removed air handlers are hot water and DX cooling, while the new air handlers will be hot water and chilled water. Project also includes replacement of the air cooled chiller at Viking Elementary. Add alternates will include additional work to the project, see 01 23 00 Alternates for descriptions. A plan holders list is available on electronically Bid security in the amount of five percent of the maximum amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid as described in the Instructions to Bidders in the Project Manual. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all Bids. No Bid may be withdrawn until 30 days after the time stated for receipt of Bids.
