Tender documents and other information may be obtained from the electronic tendering system . Obtaining documents is subject to the fees of this organization. Bids must be accompanied, in particular, by the following documents: 1.a bond or certified check made out to the city of Rimouski, for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the quote, valid for sixty (60) days; 2. an authorization to be signed on behalf of the company; 3. a declaration by the tenderer; 4. if required, a letter of intent from a duly authorized company guaranteeing that it undertakes to provide the following documents: a) performance guarantee of 50% of the total amount of the tender; b) guarantee of payment of labor and materials of 50% of the total amount of the tender. 5. a certificate of tax compliance.
