Obtaining the documents is subject to the pricing of this organization. Tenders must be accompanied, in particular, by the following documents: 1. tender guarantee of 10% of the amount for the first year, valid for ninety (90) days; 2. a letter of commitment from a financial institution within the meaning of the Régie de l'appel d'offres, i.e. an insurer holding a license authorizing it to carry out suretyship insurance , issued under the Insurers Act (CQLR, chapter A-32.1), a trust company holding a license issued under the Act respecting trust companies and savings companies (CQLR, c. S-29.01), a financial services cooperative within the meaning of the Act respecting financial services cooperatives (CQLR, c. C-67.3) or a bank within the meaning of the Bank Act (SC 1991, c. 46) guaranteeing a performance bond equal to or greater than fifty percent (50%) of the total price of its bid for the first year excluding taxes and a labor payment bondwork and materials equal to or greater than fifty percent (50%) of the same amount as mentioned above must be issued in favor of the City of Rimouski in the event that the latter decides to award it the contract; 3. Bidder's declaration duly completed and signed (integrity certificate). The City is in no way liable for the fact that any notices or documents conveyed by electronic system contain any error or omission whatsoever.
