Reference number : 1575641 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-10 Submission sent electronically accepted: Non Estimated value: $105,700 to $199,999 Refurbishment of the ground floor toilets - La Porte-Doree Specification 2022-020 NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Rimouski is requesting tenders for repairs to the ground floor toilets. carriageway at La Porte-Doree, located at 175, rue Dumais, Rimouski. Tenders must be accompanied, in particular, by the following documents: 1. a guarantee or a check certified by a financial institution made out to the order of Ville de Rimouski, for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the quotation, valid for sixty (60) days; 2. an authorization to sign on behalf of the company; 3. Bidder's statement; 4. if required, a letter of intent from a duly authorized company guaranteeing that it undertakes to provide the following documents: a) performance guarantee of 50% of the total amount of the tender; b) guarantee of payment of labor and materials of 50% of the total amount of the tender. 5. a certificate of tax compliance. The City is in no way liable for the fact that any notices or documents conveyed by electronic system contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. The City of Rimouski does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received and incurs no costs or any obligation of any nature whatsoever and assumes no liability towards the tenderer(s). It also reserves the right to remove certain parts of the contract. In order to promote transparency in the awarding of municipal contracts, this call for tenders is subject to the by-law relating to contract management of the City of Rimouski. $105,700 to $199,999 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
