A General Contractor (GC) pre-bid conference will not be held formally, but interested contractors can go on site to see the area the proposed gateway will be installed prior to bid submittal. Bids must be sent sufficiently ahead of time to be received by the required date and time. City of Spokane is not responsible for Bids delivered late. Only firm Bids with signatures will be evaluated. The right is reserved to reject any and all Bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. Special attention will be directed to the qualifications of the Bidder when considering this contract.
