Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Benton, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.

Polk County Government is seeking pricing for labor and material to wire a metal free standing building. The building is located on Show Barn Rd inside Benton next to the main fire station. This bid will consist of labor and materials to wire both outlets and lighting including the entrance service. Provided items: One Metered main 200 Amp, One main breaker panel 200 Amp and one 200 Sub panel 24 lighting fixtures that are 8 foot for drop cost for lighting. The building will need one panel at each end of the building but both panels will be supplied by the 200 amp metered main one feeding the other. The lighting fixtures need to be placed so lighting is evenly provided in a cost per drop. Outlets need to be no more than 3 per circuit which shall be 20 amp's. Outlets need to be placed no more than 10 feet apart per outlet on the west side of shed and include a cost per outlet. The lighting switch's shall provide switched power to each long run of installed lights and shall be installed at the walk through door on the north end of the building. Outside o Install 6 outside lights on the East side of building. o Install security lights on Front and Back of building. o Install wiring on West side of building. All materials must meet NEC standards and be installed according to current code standards. All Permits and testing and inspection shall be paid by the bidder. The County will inspect the work as it is being done.
