Please bid on the following: 1.Adding 1 Handicap Door with push button control at the east entrance of the Courthouse (County Clerk office entrance). Physical Address: 6239 Highway 411, Benton, TN 37307 2.Adding 1 Handicap Door with push button control at the front entrance to the Election Commission. Physical Address: 650 Highway 411, Benton, TN 37307 3.Adding 1 Handicap Door with push button control at the front entrance to the Health Department. Physical Address: 2279 Parksville Rd., Benton, TN 37307 4.Adding 2 Handicap Doors with push button control at the Ducktown Community Center at the entrance closest to the Health Department. Polk County reserves the right to reuse any or all bidders.
