Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in High Point, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Work in the project includes: Demolish and replace the existing 200-ton water cooled chiller including chiller pump, building loop pump and condenser water pump including all piping modifications, controls, electrical, makeup water system, and new chiller room controls. Flush, fill and vent system and provide cleaner and water treatment for the entire closed chilled water system and for the existing tower water system. Drain, clean, flush and re-charge building loop with glycol. Provide a new ventilation system for room. All work under this contract is to be included in a Single Prime contract to the successful bidder This project is subject to Davis Bacon Act prevailing wage rate payment and reporting requirements. A 5% Bid Bond and 100% Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds are required for this project.
