This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Board of Education of School District No. 36 - Surrey ("SD36") to prospective respondents to submit quotations for the provision of Audio Visual equipment and services (equipment, installation, commissioning, training) for Sullivan Heights Secondary, as further described in RFQ Detailed Specifications, Scope & Specifications (Appendix D) and Appendix B, section A (the "Deliverables"). This includes to provide, install, and commission the specified components as listed to create a complete and fully operating AV systems within SD36 at Sullivan Heights Secondary as indicated on the drawings in the Scope and Specifications, Detailed Requirements document (Appendix D) of this proposal. Installation of equipment and materials must be in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations and accepted trade practice.
