Supply and Delivery of Pipes and Fittings for Water Main and Sanitary Sewer Main Projects. All Goods shall conform to City of Surrey, Standards and Specifications, latest edition. Contractors are invited to provide Quotations to any one or all of the following projects: Quotation 1: Project W-16641; Quotation 2: Project S-17246 & S-11341; Quotation 3: Project W-11556; Quotation 4: Project W-13873; and Quotation 5: Project S-17247. DELIVERY All Goods to be delivered F.O.B. Destination, Freight Prepaid including HIAB off-load and place at job site(s). Goods to be delivered to job site(s) on an "as, if and when required" basis. Goods delivery instructions and timeline to be confirmed by the City upon placement of an order. APPROXIMATE QUANTITIES The estimated amounts of Goods to be supplied are listed in Schedule B. The quantities shown are an estimate for purpose of comparing financial quotations only. The City does not expressly nor by implication agree that the actual amounts of Goods of any class will correspond even approximately to this estimate, but reserves the right to increase or decrease the amounts of Goods of any class or to omit portions of the Goods that may be deemed necessary or expedient by the City. The Contractor shall make no claim for anticipated profits, for loss of profit, for damages, or for any extra payment whatsoever, except as provided for herein, because of any difference between the amount of Goods actually supplied and the quantities stated in Schedule B.
