Renovation of an educational facility in Bessemer, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The scope of the project is to provide materials and labor to remove and replace 20 existing windows, 25 sashes, 25 sash roto operator assemblies, and 35 hardware packs in A.D. Johnston High School. Verify window openings by field measurement before fabrication of the replacement units. Any questions should be referred to Daniel Niemi, Superintendent, at 906-667-0802 x201. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive omissions, irregularities or clerical errors not affecting substantial compliance with the plans and specifications. Further, State of Michigan law prohibits smoking or use of tobacco products in the school buildings and on the surrounding grounds.
