Renovation of a municipal facility in Bessemer, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bids will be accepted under seal to the Owner for replacement of all windows in the Gogebic County Courthouse building in Bessemer, Michigan. Replace all windows and transoms in main Courthouse building, replace all entry doors and aluminum windows in main Courthouse Building and replace storefront glazing in 1974 Tower Addition. The bid shall include an allowance to patch, repair, or replace selected windowsills, as approved by the Owner. Bidders will be required to provide a Bid Bond according to the requirements in Section 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders. Submit your Bid on the Bid Form provided. Refer to other Bidding requirements described in Section 00 21 13. Bids are required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all Bids.
