Saving Project...

Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in El Reno, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project consists of: Removal of existing solids contact clarifier and installation of a new metal claricone with lime slurry wastewater lift station, removal and replacement of existing filter media, renovation of existing cones, centrifugal pump replacement and installation, metal door replacement, sand blasting and painting of all metal stairs and handrails along with other miscellaneous appurtenances. Each proposal shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Proposal Guaranty in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of Proposal, as guaranty that if the Proposal is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Contract and furnish the acceptable Performance Bond, Labor and Maintenance Bond, Owner's Protective Liability Policy and Certificates of Insurance within fifteen (15) days after the award of the contract. The time allowed for completion of this project is 320 working days. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project within the allotted time or authorized extensions thereof shall be $500.00 per working day. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in the bidding, for the benefit of the Owner.
