**As of April 18, 2022.The Project has been awarded to Forest Solutions, Inc but no awarded amount available.** Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, (hereinafter "HRS"), the Office of Hawaiian Affairs (hereinafter "OHA") will be accepting proposals from qualified firms to construct a deer fence approximately 785 linear feet by six (6) feet tall, with three (3) pedestrian access gates at the Palauea Cultural Preserve located at 4505 Makena Road in Palauea, Honua'ula, Maui, Hawaii Contract Start Date: February 2022 No performance or payment bond is required. The OHA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to accept any proposal in whole or in part when in the best interest of the OHA and the State Questions relating to this solicitation will be directed to the RFP Coordinator, Mr. Christopher Stanley, Procurement Manager, at proposals@oha.org. The written request must be submitted to proposals@oha.org. Modifications and/or withdrawals will be clearly marked as such and must be received by OHA no later than 2:00 p.m. HST, January 10, 2022
