Renovation of an educational facility in Edinboro, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Edinboro University of the PA State System of Higher Education invites HVAC Contractors, to download bid documents for this project. Work included under this project at Edinboro University consists of the complete demolition and replacement of the existing air handling system serving the second floor of McNerney Hall. Demolition work shall include demolition of the existing air handling unit, split air-cooled chiller, roof mounted relief vent, wall mounted outdoor air intake louver, chilled water pumps and appurtenances, and ductwork within the mechanical space. New work shall include the installation of a new air handling unit with hot water heat and split DX cooling, air cooled condensing unit on the roof, roof mounted relief vent, wall mounted outdoor air intake louver, ductwork within the mechanical space, and rebalancing of associated VAV boxes and diffusers. In addition, a new hydronic hot water system shall be installed to serve the new hot water heating coil. The system shall consist of boiler, pumps, and other appurtenances relocated from the abandoned snow melt system at Rose Hall. Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all roofing and related construction at the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the University. Duration: June 1, 2022 Contract Cost Ranges $200,000.00
