The Edinboro Campus of Pennsylvania Western University of the PA State System of Higher Education invites Contractors to download bid documents for this project. Work for the Project shall be accomplished by a Single Prime Contractor according to Pennsylvania statute and shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Replace approximately 11,000 square feet of existing low slope single ply roofing. Work includes but is not limited to, removal of the roof system, insulation, and unused roof top equipment locations with infill of roof deck openings. Provide insulation, EPDM roof system and edge metal with a 20-year warranty. Alternate bids include EPDM roof system and edge metal with a 30-year warranty. Refer to documents for complete scope of Work. Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all General Construction to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and State System of Higher Education.
