Estimated project value is $250,000.00 to $400,000.00 Northwest Tri-County Intermediate Unit #5 reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept or reject any part of the proposal. 3.1. Scope of Work The Intermediate Unit is seeking to update the audio/visual equipment in five (5) conference rooms (B,C,E,F and Board Room). The Intermediate Unit conference rooms host a wide variety of meeting types with a need to accommodate a diverse set of presenters, instructors, and others. As a result of the pandemic, the Intermediate Unit realizes the need to accommodate the needs of our customers in many ways, including having the ability to deliver services to in-person and remote learners simultaneously.
