Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Lake Forest, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
**As of February 14, 2022 the project was not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on March 1st. The project scope of work consists of cleaning the poured in place rubber surfacing and includes clearing the surface of all debris and contaminants. The contractor will then apply a clear urethane sealer top coat via either a conventional airless spray or roller applicators. The work will be performed at the Baker Ranch Park and El Toro Park. Once the sealant is applied, the playground area will be closed off for approximately one week. Staff will coordinate the closures with Community Services staff to ensure that there will be no conflicts with park programming and advance notice is given to park users.
