Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Lake Forest, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of October 20,2020 the Contract was awarded to Model Builders Inc for $9,876.54. The construction start date is TBD. In general, this project is intended to upgrade one ADA ramp to current ADA ramp standards. The term of this Contract shall be from August 3, 2020 to August 14, 2020 (10 Working Days from Notice to Proceed, this excludes the period of time required to purchase the materials The City will issue a separate contract for Accessible Pedestrian Signals, however, the ramp shall be completed prior to the APS installation. The Contractor will execute the work and notify the City, so that the City can coordinate with the other Contractor. The contractor shall provide a price per each ADA ramp, which price shall include full compensation for furnishing all labor, materials, and for doing all the work involved in the design and construction of a compliant ADA ramp at the SE corner of El Toro Road and Muirlands Boulevard.
