Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Brighton, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The existing Fredrick indoor wall mounted mini-split units shall be modified to allow the drain pan to empty correctly. All units will need to be removed from the wall temporarily and reinstalled per manufacturer recommendations to be located 2" higher than their current elevation. The work described shall be performed one cabin at a time to confirm proper operation of each system prior to working on additional cabins. Contractor shall thoroughly clean all 18 air handling units with a bleach mixture to kill and remove all possible. In cabins 7, 8, 9, 10, & 11, the Contractor shall replace the entire beadboard on the water-damaged wall where the bedroom unit is mounted (trim pieces may be reused).
