Sealed bids will be received by the Wooster Community Hospital Milltown Suite 208 and 209 - Interior Build-Out Wooster Community Hospital desires to contract with a qualified contractor for following Single Prime Contract Scope of Work located at 1761 Beall Avenue, Wooster, Ohio 44691. This project is an interior complete demolition and new build-out of the vacant Akron Children's Dr. Office Suite 208 and 209. Suite 208 will be expanding the Trillium Creek ermatology Dr. Office Suite of approximately 2,851 SF and Suite 209 will be building out a new Dr. Office Suite (209) of approximately 2,887 SF. Work also includes building out a new IT Closet for Wooster Community Hospital. Work includes General Trades work (no civil work), Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical and Technology. Location- 128 E Milltown Rd Wooster, OH 44691 A bid guaranty, as required by Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code, shall accompany each proposal submitted as follows: 1. A certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit equal to 10% of the bid. A letter of credit may only be revocable by the Owner. Upon entering into a contract with the Owner, the contractor must then file bond for the amount of the contract, and the check will then be returned to the successful and unsuccessful bidders when the contract is executed. Or 2. A bond for the full amount of the bid. A bid is retained for the successful bidder, but returned to unsuccessful bidders after the contract is executed. Attention of the bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed under the Contract. Bidders are required to use the forms which will be furnished on application. The hospital reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to award the contract to the lowest and/or best bidder, and to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
