Pavement planing and resurfacing of approximately 46,022 square yards of asphalt concrete pavement on portions of South Street, E. Henry Street, W. Larwill Street, N. Geyers Chapel Road, Back Orrville Road, and Smithville-Western Road.Project Completion Date: August 11, 2023. Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same, and be accompanied by a bidding bond or a certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid price as a guaranty that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance secured OR provide a contract bond for 100% of the bid amount. Contact the City Engineer at 330-263-5251 for all questions and requests for additional information. Bidders are required to use the forms will be furnished on application. Bids shall be sealed and marked "WAY - VAR WOOSTER STREETS FY23" and mailed or delivered to the address above. Attention of bidders is called to all requirements contained in this packet, particularly to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wages, ODOT requirements, and various equal opportunity provisions. Each bidder must have the appropriate, current ODOT prequalification for roadway projects and present their Certificates of Qualifications at the time of the bid opening. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids, and/or alternate unit prices
