Approximately 800 lineal feet of stream stabilization and restoration with some drainage improvements. Includes outfall repair, grading of stream channel and overbank, construction of stable stream channel, planting, and replacement of stormwater outfall pipes and catch basins. COMPLETION: Project Substantial Completion shall be October 2024 and Project Final Completion shall be April 2025. The City will investigate and determine the qualification of the apparent successful Bidder as part of its evaluation of the responsive Bid with the highest points. Because the Citys estimate of the contract value is $100,000 or greater, Bidders must submit a First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form, provided in the Bid Documents, to the City no later than 4:30 pm local time on the date for the receipt of Bids. The First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form shall be submitted electronically to the same link as the Bid.
