Bidders are welcome to attend Bid Opening. Time is of the essence for completion of this project with a Substantial Completion date of Tuesday, September 3, 2024. As pursuant to ORS 279C.370, contractors are required to complete the first-tier subcontractor disclosures form. The completed form must be received at the Palisades World Language School, at 1500 Greentree Avenue, Lake Oswego, Oregon, 97034 within two hours of the bid time and date. This contract will be for a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875 (prevailing wage law). *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
