Site work and paving for a civil project in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Approximately 3,900 lineal feet of asphalt roadway reconstruction and 1,600 lineal feet of pavement rehabilitation with associated limited curbs, sidewalk, curb ramps, storm sewer, waterline, landscaping, signing, and striping. Project Substantial Completion shall be October 30, 2020 and Project Final Completion shall be 30 days from Substantial Completion.
