Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Construction of approximately 1,900 lineal feet of concrete pathway and curb along Boca Ratan Drive, including concrete curb ramps and driveway reconstruction. The work also includes relocation of water meters, underground utilities, and the addition of new catch basins and storm sewer pipe. Project Substantial Completion shall be October 15, 2023, and Project Final Completion shall be November 4, 2023. Bidders must submit a Bid Security to the City along with their Bid in an amount equal to ten percent.
