NOTE: This location is an active school facility and students are released at 2:40 p.m. The front parking lot may be full. There are two additional parking lots toward the rear of the building. Please be advised LOSD requires all people on District property to show proof of COVID vaccination or proof of exemption by LOSD. For further clarification or information contact Senior Project Manager, Diana Kessler at diana.kessler@cbre.com and Beth Starr, Project Coordinator at beth.starr@loswego.k12.or.us. As pursuant to ORS 279.027, contractors are required to complete the first-tier subcontractor disclosures form. The completed form must be received in the Bond Department at Palisades World Language School within two hours of the bid time and date.
