Lake Oswego School District ("District") will be accepting sealed bids from general contractors for the Lake Grove Swim Park Accessibility Upgrades (the "Project") located in Lake Oswego, Oregon. As pursuant to ORS 279.027, contractors are required to complete the first-tier subcontractor disclosures form. The completed form must be received at the Palisades Main Office located in the Palisades World Language School, 1500 Greentree Avenue, Lake Oswego, Oregon, 97034 within two hours of the bid time and date. This contract will be for a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875 prevailing wage law).
