Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Construct a northbound right turn lane on 65th Ave approaching Borland Rd. With the traffic flows at the intersection, the right turn lane would bring significant capacity through this bottleneck by getting the right turning vehicles out of the northbound through lane. Project is included City of Tualatin Fiscal Year 2024 - 2028. As of April 15, 2026, per owner, this project is in permitting. A Contractor has not been selected as they are still early in the design process. This project is estimated to go out to bid in late 2026, or early 2027 with construction to follow. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
