New construction of a mixed-use development in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a 57,700-square-foot recreation facility; 5,800-square-foot fitness / recreation center; and 4,500-square-foot swimming pool.
Project scope is 68,000 square foot recreation and aquatics facility, 12 lane competitive pool, 4,500 square foot leisure pool, full gym, 3,500 workout space, 2,300 exercise studio, lobby/lockers/meeting room/offices. 4,500 square foot dividable annex building for diverse programming As of May 12, 2023, a design team and general contractor has been selected. Construction broke ground March 15, 2023. Construction is expected to be completed in Fall 2024. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
