The City of North Las Vegas (City) is requesting bid proposals for the Fire Station 54 Maintenance Refresh. This project primarily consists of addressing various maintenance related items at Fire Station 54, located at 5438 Camino al Norte, North Las Vegas, NV 89031. The project scope includes; replacing broken and dirty ceiling tiles, removing wall carpet, cabinets, a drinking fountain, and light fixtures, wall repair/retexturing, repainting interior walls, doors, window trim, bay doors, tiles, address numbers, and building exterior, installing ceiling fans, window shades, cabinets, stainless steel counter tops, a city-supplied commercial stove, and a 10' x 20' alumawood patio cover (solid with 2" pan), adding a closet with shelves and a bi-fold door, and steam cleaning the restrooms. The Project shall be completed within sixty (60) consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization. The work hours for this project will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 4:00pm. The estimated monetary range of this project is $100,000 to $200,000. The contractor selected for this project shall ensure that all employees on the work site are paid in accordance with the current prevailing wage rates as approved by the State Labor Commissioner, and keep accurate records of these payments using LCP Tracker, whenever the actual value of the contract totals $100,000 or more. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. There will be no formal bid opening for this project. The bid due date and instructions for bid submissions will be provided to attendees at the Mandatory Prebid Conference. The City will award this bid to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
