Site work for a road / highway in Bowler, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Stockbridge-Munsee Health and Wellness Center (SMHWC) Trail Project must be completed must be by September 1st, 2022. Excavate, compact, and add crushed stone at a 2" (inch) minimum depth through the majority of the SMHWC trail. Approximate length is 1 mile with a minimum width of 72" (inches) or (6 ft). Installation of handrails in the heavily sloped portions of the trail (approximately 235 feet). Construction and installation of approximately 358 ft of boardwalks with handrails and supports. Removal and disposal of old boardwalks. Site Conditions and Project requirements: 1. The site is an existing trail with dilapidated boardwalks. 2. The ground and surface material will be removed to a minimum depth of 2" (inches), compacted, and receive a minimum compacted depth of 4" (inches), of crushed stone. 3. The prepared trail base shall receive crushed stone with a minimum compacted depth of 2" (inches). 4. Bidder to develop drawings. Permits/Authorization of the project will be obtained by SMHWC Trail Committee. 5.Project cost includes clean up, disposal of materials and waste, and provide a 1-year warranty from the contractor on labor and materials, plus the manufacture's material warrant.
