Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Bowler, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 2,400-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
As of August 18, 2025, this project was abandoned. The Bowler School District is accepting sealed bids for a storage building to be constructed on the west side of the school building located at 500 S. Almon Street, Bowler, WI. Scope of Project: 40' x 60' enclosed stick built pole structure Additional 1O foot roofline overhang behind !he building to the west Concrete floor 3 openings for 16' x 12' overhead garage doors 1 service door Cost of site prep should be included in !he bid Structure must be built to code Attach contractor's license and proof of insurance with bid Owner responsibilities: 1. Electrical 2. Overhead (garage doors) 3. Building permits Construction must be completed prior to March 31, 2025 Complete Bids must Include: A. Contact Information - Name, Title, Phone Number, and email address B. Complete detailed breakdown of all anticipated costs, including any outsourced or contracted work C. Timeline for Completion of Work - Must be completed before March 31, 2025 D. Proof of Licensing and Insurance E. Bid must be signed by an official agent or authorized representative of the bidder.
