Site work, new construction and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Bowler, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The successful bidder will be responsible for providing the following services as part of this Project Design Services Site assessment and documentation 2. Two conceptual design options 3. Community and staff engagement 4. Final design development 5. Construction drawings and technical specifications 6. Cost estimating and value engineering 7. Community and staff engagement Construction drawings and technical specifications Cultural design integration (Mohican cultural elements, colors, materials) 8. ADA accessibility planning 9. Design of multi age playground 10 . Fall-zone and surfacing calculations 11 . Drainage and grading considerations. Site grading to support new features, address drainage concerns, and improve usability. 12. Equipment selection guidance (age-appropriate, durable, safe) Comprehensive design and construction services for playground improvements including site measurements, playground equipment installation, and conceptual documentation for community parks. Any responses to questions presented by bidders will be submitted to all bidders.
