Renovation of a mixed-use development in Burton, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bentley Community School District through Progressive AE, the Architect, is soliciting bids for Work Categories 05 (Steel), 07 (Roofing),11 (Kitchen Equipment), 22 (Plumbing), and 26 (Electrical) as follows: Kitchen Upgrades for Summer 2022 work, Bentley High School: Install of new generator on roof, etc. Bentley Middle School: Install of new generator on roof, fresh paint, new kitchen prep areas, relocating new 3-compartment sink, and updating plumbing lines and new plumbing equipment, etc. Barhitte Elementary School: Install of new generator on roof, fresh paint, new plumbing equipment, etc. Individual Prime Contract bids will be received for work as delineated in the Project Manual and Bids and Construction Drawing Set. Bids must contain: a signed Iran Economic Sanctions Act Certification; and a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationships between the bidder and the superintendent and board of Bentley Community Schools. The School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the contract in the School District's best interest, and the School District may select a bidder other than the lowest bidder in accordance with the terms stated in the notice.
