Vacuum carpeting 2. Clean and deodorize restrooms: clean sinks, bowls and urinal (top to bottom) 3. Damp mop restroom floors 4. Empty wastebaskets 5. Remove trash 6. Dust mop and damp mop remaining floors 7. Dust all surfaces - desks, ledges, partitions and tables 8. Clean glass doors 9. Clean all handrails 10.Sweep & mop under tables (Senior Center) Janitorial Service Weekly Schedule: 1. Clean ceramic tile walls and stall doors in restrooms 2. Mop and buff floors 3. Spot clean walls where fingerprints and dirt appear 4. Wash tables and furniture tops 5. Pull furniture away from wall, sweep/vacuum & remove cobwebs all areas (Senior Center - Sundays) Janitorial Service Twice Yearly Schedule: (March & September) 1. Wash all light fixtures 2. Vacuum all fabric upholstered furniture and wash all plastic covered furniture 3. Clean all windows inside and out including Senior Center Interior foyer glass 4. Senior Center - Clean ceiling fan blades & free-standing cabinets Janitorial Service Yearly Schedule: (Spring) 1. Steam clean all carpets (all building)
