The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for to provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and supervision required to remove and replace approximately 4,290 square feet of carpet tiles in the Base Building administrative areas. Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and supervision required to remodel the existing kitchen including base and wall cabinets, countertop, sink, faucets, pre-engineered fire suppression range hood system, painting, lighting, electrical work and all plumbing work to tie into existing water and wastewater piping at the BUF ATCT. The BUF ATCT and Base Building are located at the control tower located along Holtz Road at the Buffalo Niagara Airport near Buffalo, New York. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the attached SIR/Request for Offer (and attachments). It is anticipated that a stand-alone contract with Firm Fixed-Price pricing arrangement will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. The NAICS code applicable to this requirement is 236220. The business size standard for this NAICS is $39.5M. Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM,) www.sam.gov on the date established for receipt of offers. Reference AMS Clause 3.3.1-33, paragraph (d), "if the offeror does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer may proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror." The Contractor is responsible for accomplishing all items of work in accordance with the applicable drawings and specifications. Any additional labor, materials, equipment, etc., that is not specified, but required to complete the project, shall be provided by the Contractor as an integral part of the scope of work specified. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
