A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Erie County Water Authority ("Authority") is seeking Professional Services Proposals for consulting engineering services for the investigation, design, and construction of improvements at the William Street Pump Station. The Authority reserves the right to modify or cancel this Request for Proposals and/or the projects; to reject any or all proposals; and to waive any or all irregularities. This Request for Proposals does not obligate the Authority to award a contract for any of the projects or to reimburse any costs associated with the preparation of any proposal. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
