Route: STH 110N County: 58 - Shawano County, 68 - Waupaca County Limit - STH 161 TO Bertram Street Solicitation ID: NC-03 The existing roadway is showing signs of deterioration. Perpetuation project with a thin mill and overlay of 13.41 miles from WIS 161 to Bertram Street on the south side of Marion in Waupaca County. Also includes approximately 15 culvert replacements, beam guard replacement and some minor ditching. Prepare 2-PS&E packages for 6590-02-72 and 6590-02-73 with a match point approximate 400 feet south of CTH C. The contract price will be based on an estimate of the selected consultant's actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract. Consultants selected will be required to either submit or have on file with WisDOT a Consultant Financial Report prior to contract execution. Information on the report may be found at site. Anticipated Construction Cost: $3,000,000-$3,999,999 The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultant's estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultant's actual indirect rate.
