Route: STH 016E County: 67 - Waukesha County Limit - STH 67 TO 0.7 MILES EAST OF CTH P Solicitation ID: SE-01 Anticipated Construction Cost: $3,000,000-$3,999,999 The pavement and structures need treatment to extend their service lives. Perpetuation resurface 3.587 miles from STH 67 to 0.7 miles East of CTH P in the town of Oconomowoc and Nashotah in Waukesha County. Pavement needs include: base patching, slab replacement, concrete repair, joint & crack repair, and shoulder grading. Evaluate/replace curb and gutter, curb ramps, sidewalks, signing coordination, and pavement marking. Other tasks include supplemental survey, coordination: public involvement, Southwest Region (capturing existing and proposed drainage changes), TMP, WDNR, utilities, maintenance and BOS. Perform maintenance on items including inlets, culverts, and barriers (concrete and beam guard). Replace B-67-579 and perform maintenance on structures B-67-153, B-67-154, B-67-155, B-67-156, B-67-158, B-67-161, and B-67-162 including downspouts, spalls, delamination, inlet work, tuckpointing, possible bearing & wing work, failing patches, concrete surface repair and erosion repair Improvements will be made to the ramps at the intersections of STH 67, Brown Street, and Sawyer Road. Mill and resurface Wisconsin Avenue (frontage road.) Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract. Consultants selected will be required to either submit or have on file with WisDOT a Consultant Financial Report prior to contract execution. Information on the report may be found at site. The contract price will be based on an estimate of the selected consultant's actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
