Sanitary Sewer (6 inch) 50 LF Lift Station Package 1 LS Sanitary Manhole (48 Diameter) 1 EA 2-inch HDPE Force Main 320 LF Clean and Abandon Existing Lateral and Manhole 1 EA Lawn Restoration 250 Sy This is a unit price contract. The estimated quantities indicated above are for information purposes only. Project is to be substantially complete on, or before September 29, 2023 Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check, or cashier's check made payable to the Owner in an amount of 5 percent of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. If the successful bidder fails to execute the contract and furnish the required bonds within 10 days after the Award, the Bid Security shall be forfeited to Owner as liquidate damages Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids Bidder awarded a contract for the work shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment bond in the full amount of the contract price
