**As of February 20, 2024, project was awarded to All-Ways Contractors, Inc., awarded amount is $578,480.23.** The Joseph Road Reconstruction project involves 1,575 tons of asphaltic concrete, 2,000 L.F. of concrete curb and gutter, 1,280 L.F. of 8-inch water main installation including 130 L.F. of 8-inch water main installation by jack and bore and 100 L.F. of 8-inch water main installation by directional drilling, 875 L.F. of 10-inch sanitary sewer installation, 906 L.F. of storm sewer installation, traffic control, erosion control, and restoration. Some materials shall be provided by Owner and installed by Contractor. Contractor shall procure and incorporate materials owned by Owner into the work. All other materials not provided by Owner that are necessary to complete the work shall be provided by the Contractor. A Bidder qualification statement must be delivered to the City of Pewaukee at least 5 days before the Bid opening date. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to City of Pewaukee equal to 5 percent of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to City of Pewaukee as liquidated damages. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. The City of Pewaukee reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes.
