Replacement of the State Street Bridge over Murder Creek - BIN 3328800 Proposal Description: Itemized bid proposal for the Replacement of the State Street Bridge (BIN 3328800) over Murder Creek, Village of Akron, Erie County, New York. Deposit Required: A bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the base bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Completion Date: The Work shall be substantially complete within 210 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with section 14.07 of the Standard General Conditions within 240 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. The DBE program applies to Federal Aid Contracts; the MBE, WBE, and SDVOB programs apply to Non-Federal-Aid Contracts. For more information see NYS Standard Specification. All questions on the bid documents shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer.
