Plan and design the new lounge space, and plan and design for associated enabling work to phase the project in a manner that enables the Port to continue operating the existing Club at SEA during construction. The new lounge shall create a premium lounge experience both international and domestic-bound passengers from approximately three (3) to four (4) concurrent wide-body flights. The lounge will be equipped with a full-service kitchen for food and beverage service including a type-1 grease hood, guest showers and restrooms, business services, and a variety of seating accommodations with power outlets at all seats. The designer shall work with the GCCM contractor for the expansion project to coordinate the phasing of the interior build out and ensure the existing lounge remains open as much as possible.
