C-TRAN is expanding existing Bus Operations and Maintenance Facilities, as well as completing site improvements to meet the agency's current and future needs at the Main Campus located at: C-TRAN 2425 NE 65th Avenue Vancouver, WA 98662. Upcoming phases of the project include building demolition, construction of a new Operations Administration Building, Maintenance Bus Bays and Bus Yard Expansion, new employee parking lot, and perimeter improvements. To complete these multi-phased construction projects, C-TRAN is conducting a competitive process for commissioning services for firms with experience with public works. C-TRAN has hired a design firm to provide all design documents and specifications, including the systems requiring commissioning per the Invitation to Bid. To complete preparation this multi-phased project, C-TRAN requires the following services: Commissioning services for HVAC, plumbing, emergency power and standby power systems and controls which use or rely upon water and electricity being installed in the new operations and maintenance buildings. Contract Award: February 28, 2022 Contract Protest Period Ends: March 7, 2022 Notice to Proceed: March 8, 2022 The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
