Renovation of an educational facility in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Description: The Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, project management, and site supervision as required to complete the York Elementary School HVAC Upgrades scope of work described in the project drawings and specifications. The project is estimated to cost $900,000. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid amount, excluding applicable State of Washington taxes. Bid security shall be forfeited as damages should the Bidder neglect or refuse to enter into a contract and provide a suitable bond for performance/payment for labor and materials. The Board of Directors of Evergreen Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof and waive any informality or irregularities. The Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, project management, and site supervision as required to complete the York Elementary School HVAC Upgrades scope of work described in the project drawings and specifications. The project is estimated to cost $900,000. Bids will be opened and read aloud immediately after the bid closing time for their receipt, at which time all interested persons are entitled to attend the bid opening. Masks and social distancing will be required to attend the bid opening.
