Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The construction of the Curtin Creek Community Park will include construction of parking, walking trails, picnic shelter, restrooms, playground and sports fields. This will be a lumpsum bid and will primarily entail the following items: Site Surfacing and Hardscape, Miscellaneous Site Elements, Site Fencing, Grading and Erosion Control, Site Water System, Site Sanitary Sewer Service, Site Stormwater Drainage, Electrical, Landscape Improvements, Playground/Nature Play Improvements, and Sports Courts (Bid Additive). Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified check, cashiers check, or proposal bond in an amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid.
