Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Burnaby, British Columbia. Working plans call for the construction of a 80,000-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility; and one-story below grade parking garage.
Construction of Concert Properties Centre for Trades and Technology and features 7425 m2 3-storey steel and concrete with wood elements; 1 level of underground parking. TIMELINE: Design is underway. Sub trades will be secured through invitation.
