Renovation of a municipal facility in Washington, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The CITY HALL ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT includes the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform a roof replacement at City Hall as shown on the design drawings and specifications. Proposals must be on the forms furnished by the City Engineer. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price, made payable to the City of Washington. Questions should be directed to Harshman CE Group LLC at 724-503-4125. The City of Washington reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals or any portion thereof. Attention of Bidders is called to the requirements concerning the payment of not less than the prevailing wage and salary rate provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 for the CITY HALL ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT. Liquidated damages will apply at the rate of $500.00 per calendar day.
